- SPECIAL WONDER WOMAN EDITION with a PowerBolt II battery. The Flux is the successor to the popular Xion rotary and marks the first wireless tattoo machine from the team behind FK Irons and DarkLab. Powering the Flux is a detachable battery known as the PowerBolt, which allows artists to operate their machine wirelessly without the need for cables or power sources. Because it's interchangeable, you can quickly and easily switch to a spare battery (sold separately) when the main battery runs out, so you can keep working seamlessly. The PowerBolt contains a lithium-ion battery with a USB-C connection and Dynamic Power-Path Management, which allows for simultaneous battery charging and power delivery. It offers fast charging speeds of up to 1.5 amps and up to 6 hours of runtime, depending on the cartridge type and voltage used. Furthermore, the PowerBolt's higher energy density provides reliability and stability. In addition to an LED indicator for voltage and battery capacity, the PowerBolt has three buttons: one to turn the Flux on/off and two to quickly and easily adjust the voltage. Press the up and down arrows to change the Flux's voltage in 0.5V increments or 5-12V decrements, with the LED color corresponding to the voltage chart on the PowerBolt. The PowerBolt also offers a machine kill switch, preventing the Flux from accidentally turning on, which is useful when traveling with the rotary machine on an airplane. The Flux is Bluetooth-enabled, meaning you can pair it with the DarkLab power supply and Hover app. You can use the DarkLab app to wirelessly update Flux with the latest firmware, making it future-proof. The FK Irons Flux is a direct-drive tattoo machine with no flex and a 4mm stroke, meaning it excels at outlining, shading, and color blending. It's also very quiet during operation and generates minimal vibration. This version of the Flux comes with a PowerBolt. We also offer the Flux with an additional PowerBolt.
